Maui

Located on the greens of a golf course on the coast of Maui, this island getaway was transformed from a cramped and dated space into an expansive, fresh, and restful retreat. New building technologies allowed us to raise ceilings and eliminate obtrusive columns taking full advantage of the spectacular views and giving the space a much more open environment. We used native materials wherever possible and included indigenous patterns and textiles to reinforce a sense of place. Architectural Consultant, Ken Ronchetti.
